By Sarah Davis

A break-up or divorce can often be quite difficult. In many cases, such actions can be avoided with counseling for individuals and couples. While most often this counseling is provided by a psychologist, there are others like Nicole Noonan, President of National Divorce Capital, who can also aid couples in these situations. Most often, those with financial difficulties will consult someone like Nicole while those with emotional issues will consult a psychologist or therapist.

During her tenure at the firm, the attorney has held the prestigious role of General Counsel of a New York City based real estate firm. Ms. Noonan has significant expertise in the areas of property, commercial, industrial and family law. As a result, Nicole also understands the ins and outs of the divorce system and related issues.

Ms. Noonan while a licensed attorney in New York State no longer provides services as a Divorce Attorney or legal advice. Instead, Nicole strives to assist clients in finding the empowerment necessary to handle the very tough negotiations that are often a part of the process. As such, the attorney now uses that information to provide methods and tools which can help ease and expedite those involved in these situations.

The experience which Ms. Noonan brings to the table as a licensed attorney and someone whom has a certificate in Interpersonal Development from Seton University School of Law in Geneva, Switzerland allows the attorney to identify obstacles and solutions better than most. As a clerk for a Union County Superior Court Judge, Ms. Noonan learned a lot about these different areas of law. As a counselor, having this information available for clients to consider before taking further action has often been greatly appreciated.

As a result, Nicole is now a New York State sanctioned Mediator certified in Interpersonal Development. As such, Ms. Noonan can now counsel clients based on the financial and psychological aspects as well as other ongoing issues in a relationship. In some cases, helping individuals reunite while also providing the methods, skills and tools necessary for those whom wish to follow through with a break up.

Whether or not a couple or individual decides to reunite or break-up is always a personal decision. Although, having as much information as possible related to the financial and emotional aspects of such an endeavor can often be helpful. As such, it is the hope of Nicole and others that the methods and tools shared can be useful in making either decision easier in the long run.

While Ms. Noonan no longer provides work as an acting attorney or legal advice, there are others in the corporation who are ready and willing to do so. Since Nicole is President of National Divorce Capital, having the attorney recommend someone can often be easier than simply hiring someone from a directory who has no case history of those involved in the process.

Nicole is also an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the New York Women's Bar Association, the Southampton Animal Shelter, the Family Law Inns of Court and the New York Junior League which is a women's organization committed to promoting volunteerism around the globe.
