Pets are important in many people's lives. They give the folks who love them unqualified devotion and companionship. You may be tempted to carry your little pet everywhere instead of letting it walk along on its own. These little dogs may not look like it, but they need to be active and will thrive with plenty of good exercise.

There are certain types of people who are probably more suited for these pets than others. Some individuals find themselves housebound with physical difficulties that prevent them from being active. Older individuals may not be able to move freely because of infirmities. These are just some of the people who may have the time and inclination to give Pomeranians the attention they crave.

If you are thinking about purchasing a puppy and have a lot of time to devote to one, a Pomeranian might be a good choice for you. They are smart, loving animals with big personalities packed into tiny bodies.
